Ingredients: Whole avocado, Eggs, Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice). Remove the stone from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the stone's crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until egg is cooked to the level you like. PALEO APPROVED.

Low Carb Chicken Fajitas (revised)~ 2lbs boneless/skinless chicken cut in strips 1 medium sliced onion 2 lg Bell peppers, sliced 1/4C light soy sauce 1/4C lime juice 1tsp chili powder 2Tbspn I Can't believe it's Not Butter~ marinate everything together in ziploc. If grilling, marinate meat separately, up to 2 hours. cook meat separately, then cook veggies; combine both~place few tablespoons of fajita mix inside a Romaine Lettuce leaf, fold over and enjoy!
