DIY staple a shower curtain to a wooden frame-great for large space; DIY blog site. I'm thinking something lighter than wood, maybe just wooden corners with this stretched and stapled. * I think good foam board would work too. Even a large piece would be light. Could reinforce it if you needed to. :)
staple a shower curtain to a wooden frame for inexpensive large scale artwork.
use tall canvas, apply stickers, decal, etc., and spray paint. Remove Decals; hang white lights behind it. This is such a unique idea!
Easy way to make hanging flower balls. Wiffle balls from dollar store, dollar store fake flowers, pull the stems off the flower, hot glue around the circle in the wiffle ball, press flower into the hole making sure the bottom of the flower, keep going until the ball is full of flowers, then hang with a ribbon. BRILLIANT
I tried this one on a large canvas and learned some things. If you're using more than one sheet of scrapbook paper, apply a layer of modpodge before painting so you can't tell from ridges in the paint where each piece begins and ends. Also, computer paper does not work that well for making your own small, intricate stencils.
I am definitely doing this soon! Print your picture out on plain paper, Take piece of wood and coat with mod podge, turn picture upside down on wood press and let dry overnight. next day using water and your hands rub paper off of wood (your picture will be on the wood) now cover with more mod podge.
