Recipies-Breakfast

Banana chocolate chip baked oatmeal bites.No flour! I made this for breakfast this morning along with smoothies. Satisfying and delicious. I love muffins, but hate how they make me feel later. These are just a sneaky way to eat a bowl of oatmeal!

1 ripe banana + 2 eggs = pancakes! Whole batch = about 250 cals. Add a dash of cinnamon and a tsp. of vanilla! Top with fresh berries! Would make great crepes too!

Hash browns in a waffle maker- brilliant!! guess I better get a new waffle maker!

Breakfast cookies - bananas, apple sauce, quick-cooking oats, skim milk, raisins (or any other dried fruit you want to add), vanilla, cinnamon and Splenda , sugar or other sweetener. No flour!
