Hinged gift box (Bottom: 9 x 3.25" DP fold in half (3.25 x 4.5 wide); glue on 3 sides; leave top open. Insert: 3 x 3.5", cut 4 notches to hold card; add optional tab. Lid: 3 x 4.25" CS, fold in half and glue edges on 3 sides (not bottom); attach to bottom using a brad as hinge; optional hinge on other corner is decorative only.)
