    Made this last night - left out the cayenne (didn't realize i was out) - DELICIOUS! Didn't miss the cheese AT ALL. The tomato sauce adds a richness to the dish. Just ordered Dr. Fuhrman's new Eat to Live Cookbook today....can't wait to try more of his recipes :)

Triple Treat Cabbage Salad

    Eat Your Greens Fruit Smoothie 5 ounces baby spinach 1 banana 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries 1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk 1/2 cup pomegranate juice or other unsweetened fruit juice 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy.

    Here's the latest version of his Orange Dressing as seen on Dr. Oz this past week: 1/2 cup cashews, 1/4 sesame seeds, 1/4 white wine vinegar, 2 peeled navel oranges, blend in your blender and serve.
