I made these jars for my 2 toddlers. I give them one puff ball when they do something good like: share, having good manners, going potty...etc. At the end of the day they get to turn them in for a treat. I try and keep it simple since they are young but you can adjust to your kids ages.

Actually this would be a great lunch for adults, though one might not do the teddy shaped cheese, but I would enjoy it being a kid in a 58 y.o. body! :D For kids I would also include and I love you or encouraging note with it!

    I did one of these for Noella and it works! I usually have to sit with her, but she loves it. Changes the mood QUICK! All I can say though is to use a plastic bottle, like Smart Water with the label off. And glue the lid shut.
