Amish Cinnamon Bread 1 c butter, softened 2 c sugar 2 eggs 2 c buttermilk or 2 c milk plus 2 Tbs vinegar/lemon juice 4 c flour 2 tsp baking soda 2/3 c sugar 2 tsp cinn Cream butter, 2 c of sugar, & eggs. Add milk, flour, & b soda. Put 1/2 of batter into greased loaf pans. Mix in separate bowl 2/3 c Sprinkle 3/4 of cinn mx on the 1/2 batter in ea pan. Add remaining batter; sprinkle with last of cinn topping. Swirl with knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Cool in pan for 20 mins.
