The best french toast you'll ever have ~~I'm making this everytime now~so fluffy~I used sour cream instead of the cream

i modified this a bit to feed the masses at my house: 6 demi baguettes 1 pkg sausage 14 eggs 1c heavy cream 8oz shredded cheese (i used pepperjack) Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes They turned out really good! The egg part was fluffy too ;) NOTE TO SELF: this ended up being a "heavy" meal for us, so next time serve with fruit, lol

Weekend Biscuit Egg Casserole - 1 can of buttermilk biscuits (8 count), 1 pound of any breakfast sausage roll (browned, drained, and cooled), 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 5 eggs, beaten, 2 egg whites, ¾ cup milk, ¼ teaspoon salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
