Paleo/Elimination Diet friendly recipes. Following a strict elimination diet was one of the easiest ways to diet with out being hungry. Of course, the draw back was the fact that I couldn't eat anything processed, anything made with soy, wheat, eggs, dairy or peanuts. It was a great way to break my addiction to food and lose weight without having cravings.
