I made this last night for dinner, with a box of organic Chicken Pho broth, grilled chicken with ginger and garlic, added fresh mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, red pepper and basil. It was so good. The left overs I put in a container with a handful of fresh spinach on top and broccoli that will steam when I reheat soup. This both alone will awaken all your sense's! Enjoy

Maple Miso Tofu: Line baking sheet with parchment and brush with vegetable oil. Combine maple syrup, miso paste, soy sauce, chile sauce and rice vinegar. Whisk until smooth. Slice tofu into 1/2 inch thick pieces and arrange on baking sheet. Spoon or brush glaze over each piece. Broil ~8 minutes or until glaze starts to blister or burn. Flip, spoon more glaze and broil another 5-8 minutes.
