Apple Crisp: I did not use the apple filling recipe. I used one I liked previously with Corn starch instead of flour (you may also use tapioca which is equally delicious). This turned out really good! maybe a little less sugar next time. I wish this could be considered healthy. lol
Jello Frosting: Such an easy and delicious frosting! 3 ounce pkg. of Jello (favorite flavor) 2/3 cup granulated sugar 1 egg white 1 teaspoon vanilla Place the above ingredients in a large GLASS OR METAL mixing bowl (OF A STAND MIXER). Turn the mixer on high just as you add ½ cup of boiling water. Whip on high for five minutes and VOILÀ!!!

CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE DIP -- 1 Package spreadable cream cheese, 1 cup pumpkin pie filling, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 cup sour cream. ----- SERVE WITH cinnamon apple crisps, or those thin gingersnap cookies from Cost Plus.
