350 for 30 mins - crescent rolls, cream cheese, chicken, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, butter, seasoning salt, milk - JAW DROP
HOLY MOLY it was good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers!
Crock Pot Mac and Cheese. You don't have to cook anything ahead of time. Macaroni goes in uncooked.
Stuffed baguette: hollow it out, fill it with cream cheese/goat cheese/other favorite cheese mixed with sundried tomatoes, salami, olives, bell pepper, and herbs. Slice. Eat.
CRACK POTATOES 2 (16oz) tubs of Sour Cream 2 cups Shredded Cheddar cheese 2 (3oz) Bags Bacon Bits 2 pkgs Ranch Dip mix 1 large bag (28-30oz) Shredded potatoes Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Add potatoes, pour into large casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
This recipe is a fly by the seat of your pants creation. The result was a wonderful and tangy loose BBQ for sandwiches that is very easy to make and takes little hands on time.

Authentic Tex-Mexican Enchiladas....this recipe looks to be very close to how my hispanic mil makes them, except she cooks the meat and sauce together, and of course, she doesn't measure anything; but I've been looking for a recipe that does the sauce separately for easier, less messy assembly....And as a note: enchiladas should only be made with CORN tortillas, or they're burritos
