Order in: Picture Arranging
tutorial on creating a template for hanging curtain rods the same height/distance every time...no more measuring and leveling
Graceful and Tasteful! Love this photo arrangement above the sofa.
Drawer pulls as picture hangers.
silhouettes - interesting to note that the middle one isn't the largest, but, it does have the biggest frame
tapestry as focal point, stacked on staircase
Papier mache and tole trays; timeless.
Cinda Boomershine’s Atlanta Home - art within picture molding
I think for me, all the photos would have to have the same feel - all be black-and-white, or all sepia-toned, etc. and all have the same frame color/weight; and not necessarily the same size, but arranged so there aren't large gaps of wall color. Sepia-toned photos of beach scenes, shells, etc. with thin copper frames against a turquoise wall - THAT would be cool!
elle décor; curling walls + staircase
center piece double the size of surrounding pieces *plates used too
decorating with frames: tons of frames as wall art...This is really cool..years ago when I was young my parents framed tons of family photos in black frames with white mats and I remember how striking they were...Dollar store frames...a pack of white crafter paper...the right pictures and look out here I come!
hallways with floor to ceiling frames
using portrait and landscape formats [plus, one round]
all black, thin frames on a pumkin-colored wall (note the wall is trimmed in black for an extra pop of color)
Use toothpaste on picture hooks. Toothpaste marks the wall where you want it placed and allows you to easily nail and hang pictures.
