Tomato Basil Chicken. Made this twice in a week! Everyone loved it!! Go for it.

4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Meatball Stuffed Biscuits ~ Serve them with a side of warm marinara... Mmmmmm!

Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken Chili--oh yes. yes, yes. this was definitely a winner. and for those of you who care, it's super low cal, too. it's only 192 calories for a cup and is really hearty and tasty. it would actually make a great lunch!

Grilled cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive & healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)

HOLY MOLY it was good! Crockpot Italian Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning, 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened), 2 cans cream of chicken soup; Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Serve over pasta. Wowzers!
