Ginger Bath..Grate 1/2 cup of fresh ginger or 1 tablespoon of ground ginger. Very Hot water and sit for about 20 mins. Put a bathrobe on afterwards and you will continue to sweat for about an hr afterwards. I have done it several times and enjoy it!! It helps you to sweat the toxins out of your body.
