Foam rolling massages your muscles and helps you recover better after a workout:) My favorite thing to foam roll: my IT bands... it hurts SO MUCH the first few days you do it, but man do your muscles start feeling more loose afterwards!!

Squatting is a great exercise, but it must be done correctly to avoid injury. This picture illustrates the important points. I would add go down until your thighs are parallel to the floor and keep your heels on the ground. Keep the weight on your heels, not your toes. And NEVER lift more than you can safely handle! EVER!
