Baked Zucchini Chips 1 zucchini canola cooking spray seasoned salt Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or nonstick foil, spray with canola oil. Slice zucchini about the thickness of a quarter. Lay out on prepared baking sheet and spray tops lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle lightly with seasonings. A note on seasoning, less is more.These shrink. Bake 45 min Rotate bake added 30-50 minutes. Best eaten within couple hours of baking,they turn chewy.
