HOT SPICY PICKLED EGGS Seriously...when all (or most) of your pickles, hot peppers or banana peppers are gone, hard boil and peel eggs and toss in leftover brine! Add any spices you like...dry minced onions, jalapeño, chipotle, Mrs. Dash! 24 fl oz jar holds 10 eggs. You may have to even dump some of the brine. Really good after only 1 day in fridge, and as they sit they get even better. You can reuse brine after eggs are gone, but pasteurize the old brine by bringing it to 165 degrees.
Ground beef & tater tot casserole Brown 1 lb of ground beef; Mix together ground beef, 1 onion(chopped), 1 can rotel, 1 can cream of chicen in crock pot; top mixture with a layer of tater tots (16 oz bag); cook on low 2.5-3 hours; 30 min before serving, top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
