BACON Well, I had no idea you could do this! But I am forever a changed woman. Here’s how I do it: Put bacon strips on a baking sheet. Put baking sheet in a COLD oven. Turn on to 400. Watch it. Mine takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes, depending on how many slices and thickness. Remove and put on paper to drain. That’s it!
