Quick Start Breakfast Drink

Blueberry Fool - With three ingredients and less than three minutes you can whip up a lovely and light fool for dessert. Put 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries (substitute any type of berry you like) along with the 2-3 T. agave (or sugar) in a blender or food processor, puree until smooth.
