Think small. You know why grocery stores put the candy bars and mints right next to the checkout stand, right? Same principle works here! Have a bunch of small $1 items, like individually wrapped cookies or brownies, or mini cupcakes, next to the cashier. You’ll be surprised how often people will “add on” while they’re paying for their original purchases! Make caramel corn and pack them in adorable little paper cones, and put them at the cashier’s table – they will vanish within the first hour.

Cute Christmas cookie idea! - Ok, 1. I don't bake and I managed these, and 2. OMG, SOOOO good! Warm and gooey good! The only thing is the batch made about 60 cookies, or 3 sheets worth, so by the end, the last batch had list a lot of its fluffiness. Also, skip the non-parcels and stick with the sugar, WAY easier!
