Cumin-Lime Confetti Salad! A Weight Watchers recipe that includes edamame, black beans, fresh corn and multi colored peppers...among other fresh and delicious ingredients. Could remove the 2 tsp of sugar for a "cleaner" version. Had this and LOVED it. Could eat it straight up or use it as a salsa or salad topping.
