There is no other way to eat them now that I have tried them this way! Clean them, cut them in half, mix EVO, onion powder, sea salt, and juice from 1/2 of a lemon, stir the sprouts in the mixture and place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minuets. Oh and make sure you put all the leaves that fell off on the pan... they get really crispy and are a treat to the palate!

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Blanch the sprouts for 3-4 minutes. Plunge into an ice bath. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the sprouts are nicely charred on all sides.
