Baked Egg Cups 12 Eggs, 12 thin slices of deli ham (round) 1/2 Cup of your favorite cheese ,1/2 Cup diced scallions, Fresh cracked Sea Salt and Pepper Preheat the oven to 400. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay a piece of ham in each hole creating a little ham cup. Crack one egg into each hole and sprinkle with salt and pepper. After baking sprinkle w/ scallions and cheese.
Line a muffin tin with ham, crack an egg, bake @ 400 for 12 minutes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Easy After work meal- 400°F. Spray 9x13 baking dish w/cooking spray. Spread 3/4 cup pasta sauce. Arrange half of frozen ravioli in single layer over sauce, top with half remaining pasta sauce & 1 cup of mozzarella. Repeat layers once starting with ravioli. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover with foil, bake 30 min, Remove foil, bake uncovered 15 min until bubbly in center. Let stand 10 min.
