Arugula Salad w/ Mango, Macadamia & Avocado :: 1 large mango, cubed • 1 avocado, diced • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, roasted/salted • 5 cups fresh arugula • optional add-in's: sweet onions, diced apple. Dressing :: 1/4 cup lemon juice • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1/4 cup olive oil • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tsp agave syrup • pepper • dash garlic powder

STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD (suggestion for 4th of July) Ingredients: 1-1/2 c crushed salted pretzels; 4 Tbl sugar; 10 Tbl unsalted butter, melted; 1 c sugar; 2 pkg crm cheese, room temp; 1 tsp vanilla; 8-oz Cool Whip, thawed; 1 6-oz pkg strawberry jello; 2 c boiling water; 16-oz pkg frozen sliced strawberries.

Apples + cinnamon + oven @ 275 degrees for 2 hours = healthy homemade apple chips. Good thing to do with those apples that have lost their crunch
Use apple slicer to quickly cut up potatoes for mashed potatoes or fries. [how come i have never thought of this?! genius!!]
