Cinnamon Toast: 8 slices Bread; ½ c. Butter, Softened; ½ c. Sugar; 1½ tsp. Cinnamon; 1 tsp. Vanilla; ¼ tsp. Nutmeg Smush softened butter with fork. Dump in sugar, cinnamon, vanilla+nutmeg, if using. Stir to completely mix. Spread on slices bread, completely covering surface all way to edges. Place toast on cookie sheet. Place cookies sheet into oven+bake 350ºF 10 min. Turn on broiler+broil til golden brown+bubbling. Watch so it won’t burn! Remove from oven+cut slices into halves diagonally.
