Easy Baked Teriyaki Tenders.. I tested this recipe last night for my Shrinking On a Budget Meal Plan. I used 4 ounce chicken breasts instead of tenders and opted for the fresh ginger (lots of it). I also added 1/4 cup (pureed) pineapple tidbits to the marinade.This was tender and delicious. Kids gobbled it.
