Balsamic Chicken-Pour 1T EVO on bottom of crockpot, add 4-6 chicken breasts, salt and pepper each breast, put 1 med. sliced onion on top of chicken, 1t each oregano, basil, rosemary, ½ t thyme & 4 garlic cloves. Pour in 1/2c balsamic vinegar & top w/ 2 (14.5) oz cans diced tomatoes. Cook on high 4 hrs, serve over angel hair pasta. I need to try this! Yum!
