For a hidden gift, use a toilet paper tube in the center of a mason jar

Start bedtime routine as usual, while one parent makes bags of popcorn and hot cocoa and places them in the car, dont forget to have Christmas music to play! When the kids climb into bed, they will find a ticket hidden. The kids are instructed to grab their slippers and head for the car. Upon entrance to The Minivan Express, you hole punch the ticket, and travel around the city looking at all the beautiful lights.

Christmas Eve Surprise Box. Include: new pajamas, Christmas movie, popcorn, mugs, hot chocolate, marshmallows, Christmas book. I think we might have to start this tradition :)

Each year Santa sends a new Christmas Book to read before bed on Christmas Eve. -Love this tradition.

Wrap up twenty-five Christmas children's books and put them under the tree with a special Christmas quilt or blanket next to them. Before bed each evening, your kids choose one book to open and read together until Christmas. Love it! Could totally do it with books you have too, they don't have to be brand new, the surprise is the fun part!

What a great tradition to start.... Have family put money in mason jar throughout year. At Christmas time, choose someone to bless (anonymously). On Christmas eve, deliver by Ring and Run. Must read the book "The Christmas Jar" it explains how it all started. I love this story!

CHRISTMAS BUCKET...Kiddos unwrap a present every day in December with family activities.......write letters to Santa, make homemade ornaments, sort through toys to give to a shelter, go look at Christmas lights, Hot chocolate and toast before bed, Christmas movie and so on!
