Bacon-wrapped Pineapple | #BabyCenterBlog. Wrap bacon around a big chunk of pineapple and secure with a toothpick. Once you have them all ready to go on the pan, bake them in the oven on a cookie sheet at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes (depending on how crisp you like your bacon). If you want, you can bake them on top of a wire cookie rack and then on top of the cookie sheet so that the grease will drop away from the bacon.

Rachael Ray’s Southwestern Chili Con Queso Pasta Bake - This turned out great! It dirties a lot of dishes, but definitely worth it! I didn't have the coriander, so I just added the cumin and chili powder. I also used a little dried cilantro in the cheese sauce. Would have been better with fresh, but I didn't have any. Very good!
