Simple sweet potato salad recipe - minus the carrot
Reese's copy cat eggs 1/4 cup pb (or any nut butter) dash salt (I also use salted pb) 1/4 cup powdered sugar or Sugar-Free Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp. cocoa powder 2 tbsp. virgin coconut oil (see below, for substitution notes) Liquid stevia to taste, or 2 tbsp. agave or pure maple syrup 2 more tbsp. of the sugar/sf sugar, if needed

Any flavor low cal ice cream. 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/16 tsp salt (trust me) sweetener (such as 1 stevia packet or 1 tbsp sugar) 1 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened Silk. See below for substitution notes.) optional: add-ins such as fruit, peanut butter, or extracts Mix the ingredients together in 1 or 2 shallow plastic containers

CREAMY BACON PARM DIP ING:4 slices bacon, cooked 1/4 sweet onion 1 T butter 8 oz cream cheese, room temp 3/4 cup shred Parmesan cheese 1/2 t garlic pwdr 1 t black pepper DIR: 350 oven. Chop cooked bacon & onion & add to hot skillet with butter, over medium heat. Cook the onions until soft & brown, 5-10 min. Combine the bacon, onion, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Add mixture to a small ovenproof dish and bake for 15 min.Serve with crackers & chips.
