Butter & Brown Sugar Roasted Sweet Potatoes •3 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size cubes •2 tsp olive oil •1 tbsp butter •1 tbsp of brown sugar (more if you want it sweeter) •1 tsp of ground cinnamon •Sea salt, to taste Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes, melt butter and cover with spices. Bake 60 minutes.
Another pinner: We are Ranch snobs at our house....no bottled Ranch-yuck here! This is the BEST HOMEMADE RANCH!! This tastes exactly like the Hidden Valley Ranch Packets that you add mayo and milk to....but WITHOUT the MSG and at A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! If my kids can't tell the difference when they dipped their carrots...no one will! Delish!
I can't help it... I love ranch, but it's so fattening!! Until now. This whole jar of ranch is only 1.75 grams of fat and 255 calories! 1 cup dannon oikos plain greek yogurt, 1 packet hidden valley ranch mix, 1/2 cup 1% milk. Whisk together, chill 1 hour before use. Perfect consistency and tastes better than bottled!
COOL WHIP COOKIES- EASIEST COOKIE EVER! 1 box cake mix (any flavor- chocolate, red velvet, lemon, etc.), 1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz), 1 egg. Mix ingredients. Drop spoonfuls into powdered sugar to coat. Bake at 350 for 12 mins. Cool before removing.
