Sometimes.. in life.. to meditate and to breathe is fixing half the problem.
Meditation: Emotional balance, means to be free of all the neurotic behavior that results from the existence of a tortured and traumatized ego. This is very hard to achieve fully, but meditation certainly is the way to cure such neurosis and unhealthy emotional states. Good to know. Intuitively I do this. I never knew it was actually a mudra. "... Dhyani Mudra: In this mudra, the back of the right hand rests on the palm of the other in such a way that the tips of the thumbs lightly touch one another. The hands rest in the lap. The right hand, resting on top, symbolizes the state of enlightenment; the other hand, resting below, the world of appearance."
