Previous pinner I have had cystic hormonal acne for awhile now. This remedy didnt work on my black head so much as it did to keep my acne away. I use a squeeze of lemon juice and make this into a paste and let it dry on my face for about 3 minutes then I rub it off in a soft circular motion. No more cystic acne or insane break outs.
Ingredients 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice 3 TBSP honey 2 drops tea tree oil 1 to 2 TBSP ground oatmeal (to desired consistency) Instructions Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. For a natural way to get rid of acne, combine baking soda with lemon juice until you have a paste. Scrub it onto your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. If you put this on your face every day you will see a noticeable difference. You can use it in place of your normal daily cleanser.
DIY Acne Body Scrub= CLEAR BODY, BODY SCRUB= 1/3 cup sea salt+ 1/3 olive oil+ 1 tablespoon raw oats+ 10-20 uncoated aspirin= Mix sea salt & oats in a bowl, then add olive oil. Crush the aspirin in a jar, then add to the mixture. Work the scrub into damp skin & focus on areas that break out. You can repeat this every other day or as needed!
Homemade Acne Masks and Scrubs: i like the honey/kosher salt one - I just did the honey/salt one and for short term results: I'm impressed. My skin is definately smoother and softer (honey does its thing!) and the salt got rid of a cpl struggle spots. Ill keep doing this til my batch runs out, then experiment with baking soda I think.
Pore Minimizer. This doesn't really minimize MY pores, but I do this everyday in the shower. It keeps my acne under control and people compliment me on my "glow". I also rub baking soda on my lips while I'm at it and they are always super soft. -Molly
