bike on the balcony - great space saving idea! Since my porch is street accessible I'm going to cover the bikes with something like a shower curtain idea so it can withstand getting wet.
Love the watercolor and mixed media. Casey DeBois's New York City Apartment Tour | The Everygirl
In this @Apartment Therapy House Tour, Traci has a modern style with a touch of vintage whimsy. Our Palmer stool fits perfectly on her porch.
no dormers, metal roof, this roof line, similar wraparound porch, semi-connected garage & carport or entertaining area (move right--> even w/the porch), ?garage apartment or storage area [the garage area door will probably be the front door and the front pictured here will be the back door & back yard]
Pallet seating. Great for apartment porches or small areas! I don't really like the pallet part but the seating idea is great.

This 3-D "flower wallpaper" would be amazing on a back porch or patio. via Craftzine
Expanding the second floor allowed for: a larger master bedroom, expanded master bathroom with beautiful shower, a huge walk-in closet and the addition of a second floor laundry room. As part of the renovation we installed quarter sawn white oak flooring on the first floor and replaced the staircase. The welcoming front porch addition sets this home apart.
Such a good use of a small porch. Just because it's small, doesn't mean it can't be stylish!
Shelves at sink for mug assortment. Coffee for everyone- roaming from kitchen to porch to swing- no two cups alike! (Shelves to be only 4" deep - spaced 5" apart so favorite can be found.)
An "Herb Wall". Would be a great decorating idea for an apartment balcony/porch home-is-where-the-heart-is
