Baked Tacos

Oven Baked Tacos. baked mine while fixing the toppings. top edges were nicely crispy. Would like to get the rest of the shell to taste like that.

    Delicious! Have no idea why I haven't made tacos this way before. Used black beans instead of refried, added petite diced tomatoes with lime juice then added cilantro and lettuce after I took them out of the oven. Thanks for sharing!

    I made these for dinner tonight and they were very good! I used flour tortillas, but crispy corn tortillas would be good too!

Baked tacos...will modify to make it more healthy but I love the idea!

Oven Baked Tacos! Brown your ground beef and drain completely - then add refried beans, taco seasoning and about half a can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish). Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!!!!!!

Oven Tacos 2 lbs ground beef 1 can refried beans 8 ounce tomato sauce 1 pkg taco seasoning or homemade taco seasoning 1 ½ cups shredded cheese 18-20 hard taco shells lettuce, salsa, sour cream, etc for serving.

Oven baked tacos - I loved the added flavor and texture of refried beans and tomato sauce. I used homemade salsa instead of the tomato sauce. Yum!

Oven Baked Tacos, I used flat bottom corn tortillas and swapped the tomato sauce for Rotel.

    So I finally made this tonight. My family all loved it. However, we will make it next time with less Doritos. I'm thinking some Fritos added in too. But less chips over all. And a layer of refried beans.

Baked tacos - easy to make clean using salsa or a blend of seasonings instead of premixed seasoning or sauce, black or pinto beans in place of refried, an Ezekiel or corn tortilla, & light amount of regular cheese, hormone free if possible!
