Disney Copycat Recipe for Dole Pineapple Whips! Recipe: 2 20 ounce cans Dole crushed pineapple with juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1/3 cup sugar. 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped. Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Set aside. Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender or food processor container; cover and blend until smooth.

Pineapple Whip. Super easy and delicious! I've never had it at Disney but supposedly this tastes identical :) Using one fresh pineapple and the rest of the ingredients (using splenda and not sugar), it was 55 calories per serving with 4 servings in a batch.

Crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, lemon and lime juice, and just a touch of sugar. In a blender puree 2 cans of crushed pineapple with the juice, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 2 tbsp of both fresh lemon and lime juice. To the blender jar add in 1, 8 oz container of Cool Whip. Puree again. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process for 10-20 minutes.
It's a Dole Whip like at Disney that you can make yourself because you know...why not! Yum!
