Green Tea Extract

The Sharky Tea Infuser, designed in Argentina by Pablo Matteoda has a clever design that is both fun and useful. The floating tea infuser extracts tea leaves, herbs or fruit in water until completely saturated. During the waiting process, you can see the color of your tea create a beautiful effect which reminded us of the movie scenes where the ocean turned blood red

Almond Green Tea Pound Cake - Coconut Flour, Almond Flour, Honey (For SCD), Matcha Green Tea Powder, Eggs, Baking Powder, Sea Salt, Applesauce, Almond Milk, Vanilla, Almond Extract, Coconut Oil - SCD Legal, Gluten Free, Grain Free

This is only a basic mochi recipe, waiting to be dressed up however you like. You can add about a teaspoon of matcha powder to the dry ingredients to make green tea mochi, or 1/2 teaspoon of flavored extract of your choice to the wet ingredients to flavor it to your liking. I’ve often seen the plain version colored with a few drops of red food coloring, too, to turn it a dainty pink. Finally, you can use it to wrap around fillings, like red bean paste or ice cream.
