Meat Loaf: The recipe called for multiple ground meats (Beef, Pork, and Lamb; a lb ea) but I used just ground beef and 2lb of it, so I cut the recipe by a third. I also didn't have any feta on hand so I used some sliced provolone, and I used a can of tomato soup with about a TBSP of tomato paste for the sauce. It was fab! I give this recipe an A+

Kabsa... yes, it's meat with rice and spices. Okay, so that sounds like every recipe in the Middle East, but this one is special. What makes it special is the Kabsa spice mix... saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, white pepper, and ground dried limes. Yes, I said it. Ground dried limes.
