Meat Loaf: Probably the best meat loaf I've ever had! The recipe called for multiple ground meats (Beef, Pork, and Lamb; a lb ea) but I used just ground beef and 2lb of it, so I cut the recipe by a third. I also didn't have any feta on hand so I used some sliced provolone, and I used a can of tomato soup with about a TBSP of tomato paste for the sauce. It was fab! I give this recipe an A+

Gyro Meat Loaf with Tzatziki Sauce 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 pounds ground lamb or ground beef 1 cup tzatziki sauce Bake at 350 for 55-60 min. Serve leftovers as gyros.

Kofta Kebobs. I know not everyone likes lamb, but I do! Plus it's not often you see a kebob recipe using ground meat, so you can substitue beef if you like. Make sure to serve with some fresh sliced tomatoes, pita, olives, feta, and maybe a little tzatziki sauce! Yum!
