Skinny Banana Cookies (Makes 12-16 cookies) Ingredients: 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup of uncooked Old Fashioned Oats 1/4 cup chocolate chips Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Mix the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips. Using a spoon, scoop up the batter and place on the cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

3 very ripe bananas 2 c rolled oats 1 c dates chopped 1/3 c oil 1 t vanilla 1 t cinnamon Mash bananas, add all ingredients and mix. Let stand 15 min. Drop on lined sheet, will hold shape you may want to form them. Bake 350 20 min til golden. Cool on sheet 5 min before removing to rack to cool.
