I do this same dip except mine is kind of a heart attack waiting to happen. Block of cream cheese, stick of butter, can of white shoepeg corn and chopped jalapenos to taste. Melt the cream cheese and butter together and then add the corn with the juice (drain off some for thicker dip). Add jalapenos, serve hot with Scoops. Delish!

Vegan Artichoke Dip -- sooo good!!! I added an extra tablespoon of nutritional yeast, as I didn't have any vegan cheese shreds on hand. I also used pickled and jarred jalapenos, to make things easier. I put the whole shebang in the food processor, which made it super easy and quick. The whole pan got eaten, and I found a new go-to recipe to use when our vegan friends visit!-- NW

Baked Bree | Hot Corn Dip -- her recipe uses cream cheese instead of mayo =) 2/3/13 tried this today - really good flavor - really cheesy and very thick. I think next time I will add some sour cream mixed with a tablespoon or two of milk and reduce the cheese to 2 cups. I used about half of a large jalapeno and the spice was good but I could have used more.
