Oatmeal, apple and peanut butter smoothie ½ cup uncooked quick oats 1½ cup milk 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 cups chopped apples ½ teaspoon cinnamon (more if desired) Directions Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, add more oatmeal. If you want a thinner smoothie, add more milk. Store in an air-tight container (like a Mason Jar) in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze them until you’re ready to eat them.
