Potato Corn Chowder

Potato Corn Chowder I have lived in New England my whole life, and just tried chowder a few months ago for the first time! I would love to try and make my own.

1 (16 ounce) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk 1 medium onion, chopped 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon pepper Mix together and cook for 6 hours

This New England-style soup, chunky with carrots, corn, and potatoes, is as satisfying as any cream-based chowder. A bottle of briny clam juice is the secret behind the straight-from-the-fish-shack flavor, and convenient canned clams make it weeknight-doable.

This potato corn chowder will be a crowd pleaser, with its delicious, creamy taste and it takes less time to make than ordering take-out! via lifeingrace
