Rainbow Ice Cream Cone Cake Bites. I have had zero luck with baking cupcakes in ice cream cones. The cones get so rubbery and nasty. This looks like a great alternative where you use a cake ball recipe. Definitely going to give these a try!

Rainbow Cupcakes This recipe looks super easy. Can't Wait to try it! Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted 1 cup sugar 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg 3/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp almond extract food coloring (red, blue, green and yellow)
Rainbow in a jar. Easy to make. In the future, I would probably use neon food coloring instead of regular coloring for more vibrant color. I would also use a whipped topping instead of frosting for a lighter topping. I would also like to play areound with the portions and cook time to make in baby food jars for smaller portions or baby shower food
