I did the "30 Day Squat Challenge" where you end up doing over 200...and that's pointless to me. I started seeing results after 160 and stalled. Going to try THIS one instead!

30 Days Squat Challenge, does it work ? I made only 21 days (little problem not related to this, but had to stop), and this is the result. I ate E-X-A-C-T-L-Y same meals as usual, just followed this challenge every morning :) This change is not huge, but for only 21 days, i can definitely say it works : thighs stronger, gained “defined” quads and my butt looks rounder !

    I would say to go at your own pace. If it's too much, take a small rest, then continue. You don't have to do one round to feel it.

    have a cuestión, does the squats need to be with out a rest i mean yu need to do the 50 or the 250 in one single round or you can do it on laps
