Squat challenge! As the weeks progress, if you add a bar and weights you'll probably see better results
30 Days Squat Challenge, does it work ? I made only 21 days (little problem not related to this, but had to stop), and this is the result. I ate E-X-A-C-T-L-Y same meals as usual, just followed this challenge every morning :) This change is not huge, but for only 21 days, i can definitely say it works : thighs stronger, gained “defined” quads and my butt looks rounder !
