Use duct tape to dress up water bottles for a party. -- it was hard to keep the tape smooth because of the lines in the water bottle, also I used the exact tape in the picture and had to remove the actual label from the bottle so you couldn't see it through the tape.

Summer Fun Activity- This would be fun as a relay. The first kid starts with a full cup of water, then pours it over his head and the second kid catches it and repeats and they keep doing this to see who can fill up a cup the fastest

Realistically though renting a dunk tank may be out of the budget. My idea is you recruit a friend to play the bulls eye. Section off about a six ft section of wall to designate as this booth and let the kids try and hit them with water balloons. Think of it as dodge ball with water balloons. If they hit the target they get a ticket.

Sand treasure hunt... Cute idea and will keep them busy at a party - use a baby pool & fill with shells, rocks, gems, fossils & gold coins. Can fill with water & sand for an even tougher hunt
