Awe-inspiring Blooms for Your Attendants
Simple Hydrangea bout. Cute and on "puff" of this plant could do all of the bout.'s, but my concern is that these would fall apart quite easily if bumped at all because the little stems on each tiny bloom are delicate and short so they wouldn't be held on very good.

hydrangea boutonniere... gorgeous? yes! Practical? sadly, no Yet another example of wedding design photos not based on reality. Hydrangeas simply don't hold up well in boutonnieres or corsages. So, unless you don't care if your flowers droop an hour or so after they're created, choose silk hydrangeas or another flower entirely ;]
