tooooo easy! Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
Baked Tacos- Made these tonight and they were delicious (in the words of Hallie B). I added rice and rotel to the meat/bean mixture and they were so easy and so good! Added bonus: the shells don't crack and fall apart when you bite into them. I don't think I'll ever make normal tacos again.
