Your first house key as an ornament. What a great idea...still at our first house so it works!
the Upside down Christmas tree takes up less space and shows great originality. Love this idea for the office in my cubicle. I can have a tree and everyone can enjoy it since it takes up no room on my desk area and is high enough that all my co-workers can see it too. TOO Clever. cats, holiday, idea, floor, light fixtures, upsid, christma decor, christma tree, christmas trees

Crochet Christmas Light Garland. Love it!
Filling an old lantern with a ball of white lights looks less contrived than I would think. Nice mix of old and new. Even still - I don't think I would use this as a centerpiece. I would keep it up high like it's pictured here and doing so draw attention to the glow of the lantern rather than the ball of white lights. lantern, oil lamps, night lights, white lights, christmas lights, white christmas, string lights, lighting ideas, rustic lighting
