Baauer!!
Get your party hands up, because this song will make you dance. He goes by the name of Baaur and his tracks are as bizarre and fun as his name.  The first ten seconds of his track, "Harlem Shake" , begins with a strong buildup followed by a repetitive and for some a very catchy breakdown. It may be annoying for some, but I find it a true banger. Check it out - Jake Fishman

Since the creation of pong, the first ever video game,  our society has drastically changed. Many will argue that the increased use of video games in youth society has dummed them down, while others hypothesize that playing video games actually stimulates the brain for efficient reflexes. But while we are racing past our opponents for the first place win or fighting off dragons, do we ever note the background music? -Jake Dragons, Video Game, Music, Games, Playing Video Games, Video Games, Game, Vr Goggle, Racing

For years, Trip-Hop Artist Take taken us to far reaches in space then NASA has ever accomplished. His recent album, Only Mountain, has a number of fantastic songs. One of my favorites, Neon Beams, incorporates laser beam effects, synthesized bass, and a multitude of ascending and descending beats in order to create a spacey funk style to his music. With each of his tracks, Take brings us on an extraterrestrial journey to places where no gravity is a lifestyle. Enjoy the couple of tracks - Jake Hipster, Songs, Neon, Space, Gravity, Album, Journey, Beats

june 2009 is for the fans; an interesting chapter in the evolution of an already idiosyncratic young musician, but a step down from his first two brilliant full-lengths. It is boilerplate glo-fi (a la Ariel Pink)- basic drum machines, multi-track vocal reverb, lazy guitar and a certain warm haze hanging about simple, yearning pop songs. But the songs can't be mistaken as anybody else but Toro's. The funny thing is that when Chaz Bundick recorded these songs, he had no idea that he'd be famous.. Who knew mermaids could also play a synth. It seems like she has come out of every mans music fantasy, but you will soon realize that she is actually a real person. Having the ability and talent to simultaneously play the harp, synth, and sing all at the time, female artist Low Leaf has bridged the gap between electronic, ambient, and jungle music. Her tracks are magical, as each song puts one under a unique trance that can't be stopped until the song is over... - Jake Fishman Harp, Play, Trance, Harps Music, Synth, Jungle Music, Talent, Artist
